Melody brings years of professional communication experience to the Law Office of Brittany Gray. Before transitioning to the legal field, she served as the Public Relations and Marketing Director for an international nonprofit organization. Throughout her career, Melody has developed strong transferable skills, including professional writing, interviewing, data analysis, and meticulous attention to detail—all of which serve her well as a paralegal.

 

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications in 2018. Inspired to pursue a career in the legal profession, Melody completed the Paralegal Associate in Applied Science program at Greenville Technical College in 2023. As the only American Bar Association (ABA)-approved paralegal program in the Upstate of South Carolina, the program provided her with the practical knowledge and hands-on skills needed to excel in a legal environment.

 

Melody also holds the NALA Certified Paralegal (CP®) credential, a nationally recognized certification earned by successfully completing a rigorous, comprehensive examination. This designation reflects her commitment to professional excellence and continued growth in the legal field. 

 

Outside the office, Melody enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young daughters.
